    With over 20 years of experience in Executive Human Resource Management, Sean Haley is a trusted and results-oriented business partner to global brand leaders. His expertise in identifying, developing, and managing top talent combined with his ability to implement strategic policies has enabled organizations to improve employee relations, reduce operational costs, and drive sustainable growth.

    As the CEO and Partner of The BridgeWay Firm, Sean applies his extensive knowledge from the hospitality, aviation, and healthcare industries to enhance organizational effectiveness and guide businesses toward long-term success. His focus on fostering innovation and operational efficiency has earned him a strong reputation as a forward-thinking leader and advisor.

    Sean holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources from the City University of New York and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University. He also holds certifications from key regulatory bodies, including the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).

    Beyond his professional career, Sean is dedicated to giving back to the community. As Co-Founder of God’s Creation I Am and The Gateway Project, he works alongside his wife to provide resources and support for abused women and children, empowering them to rebuild their lives.

    Jeanette holds a Master of Science degree from Dowling College in Oakdale, New York. She has also completed advanced training in Emotional Intelligence at the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence and earned certification in Disney’s Approach to Quality Service from the Disney Institute.

    Her career spans significant contributions to the Human Services sector, where she has advocated for domestic violence victims, raised community awareness, and implemented multisystemic therapy to support at-risk youth and families. In addition, she has served as an Executive Consultant for corporate organizations, providing expertise in risk assessment and crisis management planning.

    Jeanette is committed to bridging the gap between corporate emotional intelligence and talent development. Her diverse background and deep knowledge make her a vital asset in enhancing organizational effectiveness, fostering inclusive workplace cultures, and strengthening leadership strategies.
