We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Support to join our IT team and provide technical assistance and support to our clients, end users, and staff. You will be responsible for responding to queries, running diagnostic programs, isolating problems, and implementing solutions.
To be successful as an IT Helpdesk Support, you should have good technical knowledge and communication skills. You should also be able to troubleshoot issues remotely or in person, and provide guidance and training to users. You should be familiar with various computer systems, hardware, software, and peripherals.

Who We Are?
Respond to queries on the phone, via email, in person, or through remote access.
Provide technical assistance and support for issues related to computer systems, hardware, software, and peripherals..
Run diagnostic programs and physically inspect hardware systems to resolve problems.
Install, configure, and update software and drivers.
Set up accounts, passwords, and network access for new users.
Train users on how to use computer systems and applications.
Document problems and solutions in logs and reports.
Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or external vendors.
Follow IT policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with security standards.
What You'll Do?
Proven experience as an IT Helpdesk Support or similar role.
Working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control tools.
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
Proficiency in English.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Associate’s degree or certification in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field.
