Barista
Location: It’s Good for Something Café & Restaurant, Dubai Healthcare City
We’re looking for a Barista who will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages and light food items while ensuring excellent customer service.
What You'll Do?
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, and smoothies.
Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service at all times.
Take customer orders accurately and handle payments through POS systems.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the café and workstations in line with food safety standards.
Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and portion control.
Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and report shortages to management.
Support café operations by assisting with light food preparation and service as needed.
Adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
What are we looking for?
Fluent in English.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Barista in a café, coffee shop or restaurant.
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and beverage preparation.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy, high-pressure environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
