Nursing Instructor (NCLEX Qualified)

We’re looking for an experienced Nursing instructor (NCLEX Qualified) experienced in teaching online who will be responsible for teaching nursing students both theoretical knowledge and hands-on clinical skills.

What You'll Do?

  1. Deliver lectures and practical demonstrations in areas such as patient care, clinical procedures, pharmacology, infection control and nursing ethics.

  2. Conduct skills sessions to teach hands-on techniques like IV insertion, wound care, catheterization and vital signs monitoring.

  3. Assess students’ performance through evaluations, tests and practical assessments.

  4. Provide one-on-one guidance, mentorship and constructive feedback to students.

  5. Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, nursing best practices and patient safety standards.

  6. Collaborate with the recruitment team to continuously update the curriculum.

  7. Maintain accurate student performance records and progress reports.

What are we looking for?

  1. Instructor must be NCLEX qualified. (Required) 

  2. Registered Nurse (RN) license with a strong clinical background.

  3. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s in Nursing (MSN) preferred.

  4. 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience in hospital/healthcare settings.

  5. Previous teaching or training experience (skills lab or clinical instruction) highly preferred.

  6. Excellent communication, mentoring and interpersonal skills.

  7. Must be currently residing in the UAE.
